This organization portrays the 39th Kentucky Mtd. Infantry and Union Regiment that fought in this area also.

Join us the B.G.H.G. and take part in a BATTLE RE-ENACTMENT and Living History Events

The B.G.H.G does have some uniforms, accoutrements, and weapons to loan out for our beginners to get you started but you will eventually need to procure your own so we can keep our equipment stock at a premium for other beginners and "Special Guest Troopers" We will give you training in drill and combat deployment. We are also provide the proper training and safety requirements for you to handle your weapons safely. All Officers and NCOs are trained in firearms safety who inspect and supervise the weapons safety of the unit. Although they are proficient to try and ensure the safety of all in the unit concerning weapons. You are responsible for own safety!!!

The B.G.H.G welcomes applications for membership from all persons, regardless of race or color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, etc. Persons with racially biased leanings and activities need not apply. So go somewhere else.
